These are the best conditioned and most determined athletes on the planet because they have to prepare themselves to go to battle everyday. The only thing required is a little determination and fortitude and we will have you in the best shape of your life, not to mention you will learn some cool and effective technique in the process.

This is great is you are looking to shed a few pounds or if you are simply trying to stay in shape. Or, if you are an athlete trying to cross-train or if you want to just get a good workout this is he perfect class too. No matter what your athletic background or ability this class is effective, from the out of shape newcomer to the professional athlete. The reason for this is because YOU make this class as hard as you want to make it. Granted, we will be with you every step of the way to guide your workout and to push you, but we want to develop you in whatever way is comfortable. So if you’re worried or apprehensive about taking a fitness class, don’t be, we are there to make sure you get what you need. Or, on the other hand, if you think this class will be too easy, then let us tell you that you are wrong. We will be sure to push you if you are willing to push yourself.

What you will get

Every class will incorporated some sort of martial art technique tailored for that day’s specific workout. Therefore, you will not only be getting in great shape but will also be building reflexes like a fighter. This class will help you lose weight, build lean and explosive muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance and learn the self defense and fighting techniques that you see on TV.
